I am saving pages of a document that will be printed. The printing company has indicated that each page should be saved in the order I desire in a Folder as a WORD DOCUMENT. When I am finished, I then need to convert the entire Folder into a PDF. How do I make the entire file folder a PDF, rather than saving each page as a PDF in Word 2010?
If you have Adobe Acrobat, that will do the conversion. Make sure your version does the conversion.
Numberthe pages in word document as how you want them.
If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, there are free word to pdf converters. Just do a search on the internet. There is also lots of info on how to do it.
