    Pittosporum tobira was my though too, but in zone 4 Maine??

    Maybe photographed in other places, not Maine. That is why I tend to say where the photos were taken for a more accurate id.

    Looks like Pittosporum to me too. Also looks like maybe Yucca guatemalensis and Ficus benjamina in the pic as well... so most likely this pic was not taken in Maine, at least not outdoors.
