I want to propagate this grey fuzzy groundcover

What is the botanical name of this 9"-12" groundcover. survives 35 degrees and part sun in Orlando Florida. sold as licorice plant it has 1 " nealy oval leaves not slender like the photos of licorice show. When should I take cuttings and how to root?
