Plant Identification: Please identify this plant

Author Content bridgetvizoso New York, NY March 4, 2013 8:07 AM Post #9438282 I saw this at the Society fro the Four Arts Garden in Palm Beach Florida. I have had no success having it identified. Can anyone please help identify it? The flower looks like a long (about 15") hops bell.
