    i just bought one at the store
    in a package i live in zone 5 so when do i plant it in the ground

    . You can plant it now, just give it some extra mulch for protection from a late hard freeze. Her is some info for you.

    can anyone tell me i have tulips that are coming up but they are yellow is this normal i had leaves on top to protect from the winter

    Push the leaves gently off the new growth and it should start to green up as soon as the sun gets to them.They need sunlight to produce chlorophyll and green up.
