Nope, not necessarily that particular cultivar, just the hybrid in general. There are hundreds of cultivars of it, and because international trade in poplar plants is restricted (due to disease risks), generally each country will have its own unique set of cultivars (except for older cultivars like 'Serotina' and 'Robusta' which were traded widely before the restrictions came into force).

Oddly, PlantFiles doesn't appear to have a page for the hybrid in general as opposed to individual cultivars.
