Is this a Hairy or Downy Woodpecker. Trying to tell if it has the smaller beak,but not much luck. taken in Northern Florida

Neither Downy nor Hairy..that's a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (which is a woodpecker). They'll be migrating north soon.
