I keep finding this very small flying bug around my bed and my bedroom in general. Whenever I see it on my bed I've thrown it away but never away as such it cannot return to my room. So it may have been the same one over and over again, I've now thrown it out of the window before taking a picture. Sorry for the poor quality.

I haven't had any noticeable bites and it's just an irritant that I'd quite like to know what is. I live in the UK.

Looks like a carpet beetle; check around for any larvae that look like this: or this:
