I have this palm that I have no idea what it is. It's in my front side yard. Hasn't received any tlc as of late. I was wondering what type it is. And if its a fruiting palm, as i have seen clusters of some sort on it. What would be the best way to get it healthy again and how to maintain it.

Thanks in advance!
Chrissy :)
