Found this guy in the bathroom trying to get off his back...can anyone ID?

another pic...underneath was red with black dots like a ladybug. In fact when I first saw it I thought I was a ladybug as I have a couple who hang out near the coffee maker feeding on coffee drips in the spoon holder.
