I bought this as a seed kit, marketed for children and labeled as aloe. It is certainly not aloe. It is not succulent, the leaves are very thin, and narrow/strappy. The leaves have sharp teeth along the edges. I have narrowed it down to a bromeliad and think it greatly resembles a dyckia. What you see is a shallow pot with about 8 adorable little plants thriving in it. They are only a few inches high! Can anyone help further ID this?
