I was given a gift of seeds from the flower in the first picture. Not sure what it is. The lady said that they reseed themselves where she lives in Yuma.
The second picture is of the seeds themselves.

Can someone help me identify them so I can figure out if they will grow in my climate (Alabama) and what kind of light conditions, etc they need.
