Hi Rosarians!
I am going to ship a Lady Elsie May rosebush to pprice in Alabama (from Seattle). She put out an appeal for plants on the plant trading site. I thought I would dig it up, prune it pretty severely, wash off the soil, and use the moist paper towel/plastic bag method. After all, I see roses for sale like this at Lowes this time of year and they seem to survive. I tried a bit of searching on this site for more specific advice, but could not find any. Anybody want to give me advice, or a link?
