PlantFiles is getting a new look! Just in time for spring, we're rolling out a new look for the best online plants database. It will also work with your smart phones and mobile devices, so now you can take it with you on garden center visits or botanical garden tours. Questions or comments? Please post them here.
Time is getting close for our RU, we need to decide what we want to do for eats.
What do you think? What do you want to bring?
steadycam3 ... green beans and new potatoes
rouxcrew ... pulled pork bottled, iced tea and wine and plastic cups
taters55 ... buns and tortillas
bariolio ... dessert
ilovejesus99 ... plates and cups and napkins
careyana ... Veggie or fruit tray
Trishann ... plastic ware and probably cucumber and tomato salad.
yesterday was a bad day. The surgery took longer than expected, three and a half hours, and I had a bad reaction to the anesthesia so the rest of the day was a bad blur. Today I feel much better but have to go see my orthopedist on Friday morning to have the pain med catheter removed.hopefully it's all downhill from here.
I'd be glad to bring some desserts, like peach &/or cherry cobbler, something chocolate and something sugarfree/lowcarb for anyone following that diet or having diabetes.
Joy, hope you are feeling better. I had shoulder surgery in Oct. of 2008. Mine was also more involved than the MRI showed. Can't wait to swap stories with you!
See you all soon. And I will MISS YOU LINDA!! But I understand why you have to do the sell off! Good luck!
Janet, you do make the best little (sugar) deserts!!!
I've got some plastic silverware that I am going to bring but don't know what to bring to eat!!! Decisions, decisions!!! Wish I could make the 'Greens' but I know that they wouldn't be as good as Gymgirl's!!! Oh, well, still got a wk to think about it?
If anyone has any ideas, I'm willing to listen!!!
