These were all photographed at Lafitte's Cove, Galveston, Texas.

I think the last three are of the same bird.

1 Chestnut-sided Warbler not in adult plumage I think
2 Black-throated Green Warbler I think
3-5 Eastern Wood Pewee I think

I dunno' about the bathing kid on the left, but am in total agreement with Donna about the others, being Black-throated Green Warbler and Easter Wood-Pewee. The warbler is a migrant. The little Pewee is here to stay for the summer and will nest here. Nice pictures!
