Would someone please help identify if you know for sure? I thought these guys might be termites, but it's little nodule HEAD seems different than web pictures of termites and it's wings are not as long as web photos of termites. Thanks in advance. Found inside, on a sliding glass door.

This is a true fly of some sort (resembles a march fly) and not a termite.
