I just wanted to share this guy with everyone. I'm like most of you I imagine and split my attention between the road and landscapes. I had to pull over to take a picture of it. It definitely likes this spot.

Just perfect! Looks very healthy in that spot. I wonder which one it is. I see some austrinums in East Texas (Florida Azalea)> Admiral Semmes is my favorite but the yellow on this one is much darker. Does the yellow color in the picture reflect the true shade of yellow that you saw?

They should grow new plants from cuttings this year and sell them next year when the shrub looks like in the photo. They would sell out the stock in no time flat!

Ha. Yea I really haven't seen one even close in a yard and I look constantly. Makes me want to cut down some trees for mine. They'll never look like that.
