Hello everyone,

I found this spider in my patio today. We will be putting up a screening fence in the next few days and just wondering what kind of spider it is, and if it can be dangerous if disturbed by us installing the fence.

Thanks in advance :)

This appears to be a hacklemesh weaver (family Amaurobiidae), they are harmless to humans.

Thank you! I thought it might be a false widow.
