I've seen this guy several times down by Sand Creek. His chirp is unbelievably loud. I made a just-for-grins video that proves it. When flying, he only shows up as a black/orange blur. Will somebody please enlighten me as to his name?

That is a male, Red-winged Blackbird. The red varies on individuals. Many call those orange-red patches on his "shoulders", epaulets. :)
