Found it inside my dresser. I'm hoping one of you guys knows what it is.

It has an elongated and straight abdomen, so I'm reluctant to say it's a bed bug.

Because of its condition, I am reluctant to say much other than it doesn't appear to be a bed bug. Worst case scenario is that it might be termite...
