I just took a photo thinking nothing of it. I got home and showed my mum she said theirs defiantly something wrong with it. What species is this spider ?!

Difficult to determine from this aspect, but might be a false widow spider, Steatoda nobilis -

That's what I thought it was, I have been reading up on them and I've warned my boss, that they they can bite but its highly unlikely. I went in today and wasn't able to find it, although their was a few tiny spiders on the web. It had either had babies or was eating other spiders
