I was inundated with these little bugs a couple of days ago. I believe that they may be a type of moth but I wasn't sure as I don't think I've ever seen them before (or so many of one species at one time!).

I'd love to know what they are!

I'm in the South West of England if that's any help.

Looks like a moth known as the common footman - http://ukmoths.org.uk/show.php?bf=2050
