Hi All,

I've just bought a new house, and this tree is popping up all over the front and rear garden. It shoots up very quickly when cut back, and where it has been allowed to set forms a thick woody trunk.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks everyone. Looks like I've got another troublesome species to deal with in the garden!
