Hi all! First time posting here. :)

My mother brought home this photo of a tree she saw that she just HAS to have identified:
I THINK it's actually a trumpet vine twisted together and trained to a tree, but any other thoughts and specifics are greatly appreciated!

It's growing in a 5b climate, the photo was taken three days ago in the summer heat. I'm just guessing the height is roughly around 10' give or take a few.
