Hopefully this pic is more clear. please help! What kind of spider is this. In my home and no idea if its venomous or not. Never had one before (2 legs came off when I killed it, obviously )

As in your earlier post, it is a grass spider, and a male at that - it probably was out looking for a mate when it accidentally wandered indoors. Although technically venomous (like nearly all spiders, it does have venom glands), it is harmless to humans, see the 'sticky' on spider bites at the top of this forum.
