It's either a Belamcanda or x Pardancanda.

Thanks for your help on the the ID .
I should have known that !!!
It is a pretty common plant here.
I've checked out your ID in my books and I think it is Belamcanda chinensis - leopard lily, blackberry lily?
Not a Lily but an Iris which is pretty obvious from the leaf structure - I guess.
