I have, for the first time, purchased a beautiful Glove Amaranth and it breaks so easily. Will the stems and/or leaves re-root or what do I need to do?

Globe Amaranth is not a perennial in your area so I wouldn't concern yourself too much with its care. Many times I plant it next to a stronger plant (such as coleus) to help support it naturally.

Agreed. I have not found my Globe Amaranth to break all that easily. I have it in full sun and we do get quite a bit of wind here on occasion.

Are there any plants that discourage snakes? If not, any other ideas? Carol7 35 Aug 23, 2007 12:37 AM
