Does anyone know the name of either of these plants. I saw them in floral arrangements at the Filoli Garden in Woodside, CA (near San Francisco). I would love to grow them, but have no idea how to determine their names. Please help. Perhaps you know a good source for identifying plants with a photo. I've tried apps on my mobile devices, but they don't help. Thank you.

The middle two pictures look like they could be chestnuts.
