Hello!

So, this creepy thing fell on my foot when I was rolling up a window in the kitchen an I nearly died from shock lol.

It was about the size of a quarter, an I live in North Carolina.

Thanks a ton as always for any help!!

It's a stink bug in the family Pentatomidae, possibly the introduced species, the brown marmorated stink bug - http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/fletcher/programs/apple/entomology/BMSB/
