Would anyone know of the name of the sweet bell peppers that Kroger sells? They are Red, Yellow and/or Orange. Huge in size.

They are extra extra sweet! I eat them pretty much like an apple. : )

I'm looking to buy some seeds to grow. (I did save some from the peppers but not sure if they will germinate since stored in fridge.)

Thanks for any help!

They are usually green house grown in Canada. Could be any of several varieties grown commercially. http://www1.agric.gov.ab.ca/$department/deptdocs.nsf/all/opp4523?opendocument#2 http://www.syngenta-us.com/seeds/vegetables/agh/agh.aspx http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/hs228

Sometimes the little sticker on the pepper will have the name on it.
