This is a huntsman/giant crab spider in the family Sparassidae. Can't be sure of exact species; this one (Holconia insignis) appears similar...

Ity looks much more like the Badge Huntsman Neosparassus diana:
There are however several species of Neosparassus in Australia, so you are probable best to just call it Neosparassus sp.
