Do you have or can take a picture of the base of the plant. Just guessing it might be Pachypodium saundersii . but without seeing the base of the plant that just a guess on my part.

Yes, P. saundersii (need a pic of the stem to confirm).

Yes, it is Pachypodium saundersii - mine are also flowering right now!
