Does anyone know what kinda spider this is? Hes hanging out on my window. Hes the size of a walnut or 50p coin looks black but I think its more dark brown. I live just outside London UK. Thanks

This is a harmless orb-weaving spider, maybe a very dark example of Nuctenea umbratica, known as the walnut orb weaver - http://www.nicksspiders.com/nicksspiders/nucteneaumbratica.htm
