New to birding; this bird is probably well-known to many. Is it possible to I.D. it from the underside? Thanks for your help. (mid-Atlantic area on the east coast of the U.S.)

This is a female, Red-winged Blackbird. They food a lot of people. Even the other day, I thought I had something new, but this is what it was. :)

I hope you enjoy birding. There is always something new to see and learn.
