Not a wasp, but a bee in the family Halictidae (sweat bees) - might be a Lasioglossum sp.

Hello everyone, I found this interesting bug over a withania somnifera plant, I got a feeling that is a good insect , flying insect, half green- black, does anyone know it, or knows if is good or bad.
The second picture is the most clear, the last one is an early stage of the bug.

Looks like a treehopper in the family Membracidae - all are sap feeders, but seldom cause serious damage. But next time, PLEASE start a new thread rather than hijacking one already closed!
