|Okay, mine was more a hypothetical response. Or optimistically looking into the future. If all goes as planned (Good Lord willin and the creek don't rise), I'll be selling seedlings from my home or my neighbor's craft store.
Depending on how that goes, I may try to sell produce the same way, or via our local Farmer's Market. I'd love any hints/tips from those of you who are doing the same thing - if you could live your first year over again, what would you have done differently?

|My strawberries go to a local restaurant. They are so happy to get my beautiful fresh berries that have flavor and juice.

|I voted as -Other- I sell them at the local flea market which kinda doubles as the farmers market. I also sell them at garage sales, I have 2 a year.

|I sell my extra pond plants at garage sales. Also donate lots and lots of them to our local Watergarden clubs for their plant sales. Lani
|Baa ||I voted other as I sell plants and seeds via advertisements and to friends and collegues.
I've always wanted to try and sell in a market or via an auction site but that will have to wait while I get myself together again to sell more plants off.

|Other - I use the Farmers & Consumer's Market Bulletin, I think most states have them, it is free to advertise and to receive. I also have a "plant sale" when ever the mood strikes me, I just do it like a yard sale 3-4 times a year.

|I'm an independent ;-) I've had some MEGA plant sales in my back yard a-la-Yard sale style. It's a lot of fun and people have loved it. It got to be a little overwhelming for me after the 4th year in a row. I couldn't keep up with the demand!
I've also sold seeds on e-bay for a while. That's how I paid for my digital camera.

|I have not sold many plants, but the ones I did sell were at garage sales we've had. I always say I'm going to pinch and root my various anonymous (lost the tags years ago) mums and sell them in the fall, but I'm usually doing well to get my own plants in the ground and such!

|I didn't vote, but am interested in the responses because I have toyed with the idea of selling plants. I DO raise lots of tomato seedlings, and give away all that I cannot use, and the suggestion of selling seedlings and plants at a weekend market of some kind sounds interesting... Thanks! :-)
