Overwintered Celary

Berkeley, CA(Zone 9a)

I also didn't pick my celery as often as I should have. Can I cut it way back (how much?) and will I get new tender stalks?

Is anyone able to reply to my celery question?
Thanks

I have never grown celery as it doesn't do well here where I live. If you have more than one plant, I'd go ahead and trim one back and see what happens.
