Thanks for the ID! On looking it up, "all parts of the plant are poisonous". Might not be the best in a garden but it is spectacular.

It's a great plant for the garden. Just don't eat it. If you crush a leaf or brush on the plant, it smells of peanut butter. Even in my zone, this plant is used quite a bit as it is architecturally stunning but often gets hit by winter here.
