Kalanchoe Tomentosa (I may be wrong on the spelling), aka the Panda Plant. I love this one. Remove the yucky leaves, this will help it to grow a bit better. And stop the plant from putting it's energy into the dead leaves. This one can be propagated by removing a leaf and placing it ove soil or whatever you use. Don't water till you see roots.
