This site [HYPERLINK@www.sharonlovejoy.com] describes Sharon Lovejoy's visit to the Landis Valley Museum in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where they grow many heirlooms including Mrs. Neidigh's Six Week Bean. She said that they have enough to offer them for sale in limited quantities. She says for a catalog, send a $4.00 check to:
Landis Valley Farm Museum
2451 Kissel Hill Road,
Lancaster, PA 17601

I'd LOVE to try some, myself ~ I put 'em on my want list. Got a birthday coming up and DH picks from it and hands it around to other people who ask what to get me. I'm so lucky! ;-)

I just got back to Dave's Garden recently due to a lovely person's generosity in buying a subscripton for me and while catching up, I read that you're looking for these. It rang a bell so I looked back at where I've been this past week or two and voila!

To my "Gardening Angel" ~ I never would have known Brook wanted these seeds had you not given your gift. Here goes another link on the chain ~ ka-chink! Brook, as a little side note, let us know if anything nice happens along these lines as a result of your getting the beans. Might be nice to see a few more links in that chain...
