Tis spring break and I am babysitting my darling granddaughters this week, ages 7 & 5.
I am planning on starting some annual seeds indoors, so have promised the girls that they are going to play in the dirt with my blessing. Will get them to fill up the 3 seedling flats that hold cell packs, with soil mixture. Then on Thursday we are going to plant them up.
I already have 250 cells 'winter planted' outside - 78 have germinated, now am planting tender annuals, herbs and veggies to be looked after inside as is about 6 weeks till our last frost date. Yipeee!!! Winter is over today is spring!! A georgous sunny day today bodes well for summer.
