My mom's unknown plant. It has speckles on the trunk. It's several years old and has pups. Anyone know what this might be?

Could this be a blood lily? I'm told now that it has had 1 bloom that was a round cluster of red flowers on a stalk.
TIA (Sorry all I have is a common name)

Yes Floridian, I think this is a Scadoxus. Can't tell which species though.
