It almost looks like some kind of a flowering quince. I don't know a latin name off the top of my head - sorry. It is a very pretty shrub, though.

Hmm.. not sure is it that, cause that's a pretty big to be a Chaenomeles and I have never seen a pink one.. but, might be.. :]

How big is it? I have seen some pretty good sized quinces. As far as pink, isn't the picture in the database of a pink one? Anyway, I hope you figure it out.

Oh... I have never seen... anyway, the flowers don't look so same, we have one chaenomeles and it has much smaller and closed -looking flowers.

There's nothing to give scale, but this looks very like a Chaenomeles to me. There's a lovely cultivar called 'Appleblossom' which is very much this colour and flower shape.
