Some of my seedling have gotten pretty leggie I think due to heat. They are close to the lites so all I can blame it on is the heat. I know tomatoes can be planted deep. Can I plant annuals like zinnias deeper or will that rot the stems? The ornamental basil is very leggie & so is the salvia..matter of fact a lot of them are :(
