Last year I bought a lot of loose caladiums & this came up in one pot. It didn't bloom last year but I hope it does this year. What is it?

I'd say that's a baby bleeding heart (Dicentra spectabilis)

Is bleeding heart a bulb? I hope it is a bleeding heart :) The bulbs cost me 5 cents each. I had a bleeding heart last year.. left it in the ground & so far it looks dead. I thought it could take zone 8 winters. We didn't even have a cold winter. My Brug came back.
