Do you mean the blooms? Or the plant underneath? I don't have any idea what the one that's blooming is, but the one under looks kind of like a wild violet (aka viola).

The one blooming could also be campanula punctata. Does it spread?

I don't know if it spreads or not. it just starting coming up and suddendly bloomed those purple blooms
