    I have it growing but have No idea what it is.. I remember planting it & I guess during winter the tag got lost.

    Mark isnt periwinkle close to the ground? This is about 2" off the ground and the leaves are a bit different then my periwinkle leaves.

    Mark is right it is Periwinkle, this is Vinca minor alba, you may have Vinca major which is slightly larger(18 inches tall, larger leaves and flowers). Periwinkles do grow up to 8 inches tall

    and it will scramble vertically through shrubs amd trellis. I have seen it do this in old gardens
