My Sis called me up two days ago asking me to take her cat, reason... she is to affectionat and drives her crazy... argggggggggg
I said yes sure, one more or less it's ok with me (we are on a farm) the cat had 4 kittens, my sis said they are 6 weeks old and are no more nursing, one she gave away the same day and one was reserved for a friend of hers. so that evening she brings me this cute cat, grigri is realy affectionate LOL, I loked the cat over night in the empty house.
the next morning I go there and the cat has milk she was so hard it hurts me just to see that. so I called my sister and told her I don't care if the kittens are promist to someone, that cat needs to get the milk out.
she sais, I don't have them no more... she has brought them to the pet store. I was so mad...
so the day passes and I can't do nothing. this morning that poor cat almost was exploding with milk. I called my SIL her cat hat kittens 4 weeks ago. so she said bring her to me to see if she would nurse the other kittens, I drove there and we tryed one kitten, it worked, she accepted the kitten, so SIL said I should bring the kitten with me.
now the whole day I keept an eye open, but the cat doesent let the kitten drink, I have to hold the cat down so the kitten can drink.
a few houers ago my sis calls to see how the cat is doing and I tell her all about the holding down the cat so kitten can drink... and then she tells me that she had to do that to with the other kittens...arggggggggggg way did she not tell me this before...
now, what would you do? bring kitten back to orig mom or keep holding grigri down for kitten to drink? I don't want the kitten not getting enough milk.
please I need advice on what to do.
sorry this is so long.
