This plant somehow grew beneath my hibiscus. Had never seen this before. It is small but looks beautiful. Can someone identify it?

Dinu, Could it be Stachytarpheta jamaicensis? Porterweed is the common name for it. http://www.ars-grin.gov/cgi-bin/npgs/html/taxon.pl?403752

Yesterday when I was passing by a road I happened to notice this plant which was growing like a weed on the roadsides. There were so many of these!

Dinu, have you seen the coral and red ones? They are very pretty too. I sell lots of these at our farmers market. They are not common here and the folks really like them. It is a big seller for me. Very easy to start from cuttings

No, I haven't seen them.
