I received this in a trade last year. I have no idea what it is. I have it in shade. It lost all leave this winter and put out new ones this spring. It grows on a stalk or stem with leaves growing out of the top. Hope this helps, image taken looking down at the leaves.

Could that be Jatropha multifida?

Sorry about that, too many late nights on the computer. LOL Thanks Dinu for the ID!!! And busybee, the foliage on this one really attracts attention. Now if I can just see it bloom!

I agree with Dinu, i have a few i grew from seed search for Jatropha multifida to compare pics i posted one about a month ago
